Skena Kemek, shortened as SKEMEK, is a video-based column that covers small-scale food businesses started by members of the scene.
For the first edition, SKEMEK tries the ox tongue rice bowl by Lidah Kiri (literal translation: Left Tongue), owned and operated by photographer Haviz Maulana. The dish offered is in the style of a rice bowl, but with a local twist. The name Left Tongue itself may or may not be caused by the use of yellow velvetleaf in the recipe.
